Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

At launch, Marktora delivers only to shipping addresses within Germany.

2. Processing time

Ready-to-ship orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. Europe/Berlin are treated as received on the following business day.

3. Transit time

Transit from the United States to Germany normally takes 4–6 business days. Together with processing, the typical total delivery time is 5–8 business days.

These are realistic estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by weather, security checks, peak parcel volumes, or other events outside our control may occur.

4. Shipping cost

Standard shipping within Germany is free.

5. Customs, import VAT, and fees

Orders are shipped DDP. Marktora pays applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related clearance fees. Customers should not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery.

6. Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. We send the tracking link to the email address entered at checkout once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

7. Address information

Check your shipping address before submitting the order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. A change may no longer be possible once processing or shipping has started.

8. Damage or loss

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the goods and packaging and contact us with your order number and photos. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, first check safe places and ask household members or neighbors.
