Returns & Refunds
1. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally begins on the day you, or a third party you nominate who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email to support@shopmarktora.com or by post to the address below. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.
2. Return shipment
After notifying us of your withdrawal, return eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can identify the return.

The customer pays the direct return cost for withdrawal or change-of-mind returns. Marktora pays reasonable return costs for items proven to be faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit.
3. Condition of goods
You may inspect goods as you could in a retail store. You are responsible for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Refunds
We refund eligible payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered, to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they were returned.
After receiving and inspecting a return, we normally initiate the refund within three business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. No restocking fee is charged.
5. Damaged or incorrect delivery
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging until we provide further instructions.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return an eligible item under the terms above and place a new order if needed.
7. Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may send the following information to support@shopmarktora.com:
