Cancellation before shipment

If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopmarktora.com. We will check whether processing can still be stopped.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or handed to the carrier. In that case, the statutory right of withdrawal and our Return & Refund Policy apply after delivery.

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled for an objective reason, we will notify you and refund payments already received to the original payment method.
