1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to orders placed through the Marktora online shop. The contracting party is DESTINY MELINDA GRACE LLC, 2601 E Hopi Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204, United States.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

Product presentations invite customers to place an order. You can review and correct your information before submitting a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept the order, ship the goods, or expressly confirm acceptance.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for Germany are displayed in euro. The binding total is shown in checkout before the order is completed. Available payment methods depend on the options enabled in checkout.

4. Delivery

The delivery area, costs, and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Marktora pays import charges for DDP shipments.

5. Availability

If an ordered item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will notify you and refund payments already received. Further statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Withdrawal, returns, and defective goods

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal and the procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy. These terms do not restrict statutory rights relating to defective goods.
